PRODUCT EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
The consumer has the right to exchange or return a product within 14 days from the date of pickup or delivery. Refunds are possible only if the product arrives with visible damage or does not match the order. To start the process, you must contact our support team within 14 days of receiving the product. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their complete original packaging. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return. For refunds, contact us via email or phone. We will provide instructions for returning the product. The product must be returned to our headquarters at your expense. When submitting a request, you must attach the invoice as well as all accompanying documentation. After reviewing the product and approving the return, funds will be refunded in the same way the payment was made. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
PROCEDURE FOR DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT

- Photos of the product
- A brief description of the issue

LIMITATIONS
- Products on sale are not subject to exchange or return.
- Products made or procured on order cannot be exchanged or returned, except in cases of technical defects or if they do not match the order.
- After 14 days from the date of receipt, the consumer loses the right to exchange or return. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
PRODUCTS AND PRICES
All prices are expressed in Macedonian denars (MKD) and include VAT. MINIMAL Furniture & Accessories reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Products are described as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee that descriptions are completely error-free.
ORDERS
Orders can be placed through the website or via direct communication. After placing an order, you will receive confirmation by email or message. MINIMAL Furniture & Accessories reserves the right to refuse an order for justified reasons, such as product unavailability. Our delivery covers the entire territory of the Republic of Macedonia via courier service. Each product is made especially for you, so delivery time depends on the production period, which you will be informed of when ordering—usually 20–30 business days.
