MINIMAL products are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects, including faults in workmanship, assembly, hardware, or material defects that were present at the time of production. If a defect covered by this warranty is identified, MINIMAL will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected component or product.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, negligence, accidents, misuse, overloading, impact damage, exposure to excessive moisture, heat, direct sunlight, or failure to follow the recommended care and maintenance guidelines.
Due to the nature of natural materials such as wood, stone, concrete, and veneer, variations in colour, texture, grain, veining, and surface character are considered inherent features of the material and not defects. Minor changes that occur over time as materials age and respond to their environment are also not covered by this warranty.
Any modifications, repairs, or alterations carried out by third parties without prior approval from MINIMAL will void the warranty.
